Chief Executive Officer

Glen Vause

Leading CRCL Capital as Chief Executive Officer, Glen brings over three decades of industry experience to the group. Glen has built several rapid growth companies throughout his exemplary professional career while acquiring significant expertise within the financial industry—in both the private and public sectors.​

Glen has taken on challenging roles across the fast-paced financial industry and worked tirelessly to produce exceptional returns for investors. Glen's steadfast due diligence, resources, and long-term working relationships are paramount to the CRCL platform.

As the founding partner of Robson Financial Group, Glen established himself as a powerhouse and
an innovative leader and advisor overseeing capital formation, strategy development, financial and project management, acquisitions, roll-ups, divestitures, and value creation for under-performing assets.

President

Zvonko Michael Pavicic

With over twenty years of experience, Michael leads CRCL Capital as President. He has worked alongside high-performing teams in the real estate industry on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across North America and Europe throughout his career. His extensive governance and compliance experience will play a significant role in the success of CRCL. 
 
Recently, Michael facilitated the raising of over ninety million dollars of private equity for residential and commercial development projects. And previously, he led a team that raised over two billion dollars for land acquisition/development and debt financings for a North American real estate firm, which held over one hundred thousand acres of pre-development land under management. In his tenure with the firm, he developed vital relationships with IIROC, MFDA, Exempt Market, institutional investors, and family offices across Canada.


Micheal’s primary focus with CRCL is achieving revenue goals and building and managing partner and investor relationships while aligning the support necessary to drive strategic growth.

Chief Investment Officer

Karl Nagy

As Chief Investment Officer, Karl brings a global perspective to CRCL's leadership team.

Karl founded the KABENA Group, where his driving passion has brought ideas, innovation, experts, and capital together to create high-yield opportunities for investors while striving to make the world a better place.

Previously, with one of North America's largest real estate companies, Karl gained ten valuable
years of hands-on experience in Canadian property markets. Having developed a diverse network
in North America, he's now well-positioned to build a substantial Canadian real estate portfolio for European investors.

Karl takes environmental factors into account in all his business dealings. He strives to minimize environmental impacts and supports those working to improve environmental sustainability worldwide. 

Executive Vice President Sales

Mark McKenna

Mark leads CRCL Capital as Executive Vice President of Sales and brings over twenty years of real estate growth experience to the founders' group.

His high-performing leadership strengthens Mark's experience in strategic business development worldwide. As of late, Mark is responsible for structuring, marketing, and reporting for over ninety million dollars in equity and over two hundred million dollars in debt financing for four major development projects in the global market.
 
Formerly, Mark was a key executive team member responsible for growing a one hundred million dollar Alberta company into a global enterprise with over five billion dollars in assets. This exponential growth included over ninety-six thousand clients globally and over one hundred thousand acres of developable land in American and Canadian markets. He established and fostered relationships
with investors and partners in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and China in
this position.
